Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to help you request solar installation and removal services. You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, to submit false information, or to interfere with the operation of the Site.

Quotes & Pricing

All pricing shown on the Site is a general estimated range. Final pricing is provided in a written quote after a site assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A signed contract is required before any work begins.

Service Areas

Solarnova currently serves residential and commercial properties in New Jersey and Pennsylvania only. We reserve the right to decline service for properties outside our service area, with roofs outside of our scope, or where safety or code prevents us from working.

Warranties

Solarnova provides a workmanship warranty on installations as specified in your signed contract. Manufacturer warranties are passed through to the homeowner. The Site itself is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solarnova's total liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Solarnova LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without written permission.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.

Changes

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Camden County, NJ.
